1:1800 scale ships

I'm going to be producing some 3D printed ships at 1:1800 scale in the near future. They will be printed in resin and have the option of base or no base (might also produce a thinner base to my own design). These pictures are the first two test prints (Ajax needs work on the guns etc) and have a very poor paint job just slapped on. The warship is HMS Ajax and the cargo ship the Altmark. The Graf Spee and Exeter are in the works. What do people think? Note I will be selling the printed models not the files for these.

I need to be much more careful with painting these in order not to obscure the details (its very easy to fill in the portholes for instance)
